The Damascus Blade

The 12-inch blade is hand-forged from 1095HC high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel, building a 384-layer Damascus billet with a bold wave pattern that runs the full length of the blade. Oil tempered to 58–60 HRC and hand-sharpened to a 20-degree edge. The dark tones of the wave pattern Damascus contrast sharply against the polished brass bolster for a visually commanding result.

Black Hardwood Handle

The handle is crafted from black hardwood with a smooth, refined finish and deep dark tone. Two decorative brass rings sit along the handle body, adding a measured ornamental detail without breaking the clean dark profile. The solid brass bolster anchors the handle at the blade end, providing structural support and a warm gold contrast against the black wood. Full tang construction runs the blade steel the complete handle length.

Full-Grain Leather Sheath

A full-grain leather sheath fitted to the blade profile is included with every HS-876, providing secure storage and protection during carry.
