The blade is hand-forged from 1095HC high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel, building a 384-layer Damascus billet with a bold swirl pattern across the full blade surface. Oil tempered to 58–60 HRC and hand-sharpened to a 20-degree edge. The classic Kukri forward-curved profile gives the HS-875 its distinctive silhouette. Olive Wood Handle

The natural olive wood handle carries a light cream-to-golden tone with fine natural grain throughout. Steel pins secure the full tang blade through the handle scales. The Damascus bolster and integrated finger ring guard are forged from the same Damascus steel as the blade, creating a visually unified transition from blade to handle. The finger ring provides a secure grip position.

Brown Leather Sheath
