This blade is crafted from a combination of 1095 and 15N20 high-carbon steels. The metals are repeatedly heated, folded, and forged to create a minimum of 288 layers, producing the signature Damascus pattern.
The blade is then acid-etched, which enhances the layered design with unique color variations. After that, it is carefully sharpened to a precise edge for strong cutting performance. To maintain its quality and appearance, the blade should be lightly oiled after use and stored separately from the sheath in a dry place.
