Custom Hand Forged 17.5" Damascus Steel Hidden Tang Chef Knife HS-255
This hand forged chef knife is crafted from Damascus steel made by combining 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steels. The steel is heated, folded, and forged repeatedly to create a distinctive layered pattern, with a minimum of 288 layers. After forging, the blade is acid etched to reveal the natural Damascus pattern and sharpened to a fine cutting edge.
For best care, clean and dry the blade after use, apply a light coat of oil, and store it in a dry place.
