Damascus steel is made by forge-welding multiple layers of high-carbon steel together. The pattern runs through the full thickness of the blade — not applied to the surface. At 58–60 HRC, the edge holds through sustained field use.

The Handle — Rosewood & Bone

Rosewood is one of the densest and most moisture-resistant natural handle materials. The bone sections add contrast and a tactile grip variation. The brass guard protects the hand and completes the classic Bowie silhouette.
